Westlake Hills is located in the prestigious North
Ranch section of Westlake Village. Many families have chosen this tract
for its Blue Ribbon schools and greenbelt walkways that lead to
Westlake Hills Elementary School and Russell Park. The park and
walkways are maintained by the city of Thousand Oaks. The area also has
easy access to shopping and freeways. Numerous homes have extensive
remodeling and landscaping. There are optional, minimal, annual HOA
dues and HOA guidelines for architectural improvements.
Westlake Hills has two sections that were built by
Donald Brenn between 1970-1973 and has 420 single family homes. Brenn
built 6 different floor plans ranging in size from approximately 1414
to 2653 square feet.
Larwin built the second section of single family
homes, known as Country Place, between 1977-1979. There are 5 Larwin
models ranging in size from approximately 2078 to 3310 square feet.
There are 214 homes in the Country Place section.
